How do you ensure glassware doesn't break during shipping?
We use industry-leading protective packaging, including custom-fit foam inserts and double-walled corrugated boxes, to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Is Glasscias glassware dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing our hand-blown or gold-rimmed collections to maintain their brilliance and longevity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be changed.
