At Glasscias, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your glass items in their original protective padding and box to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fragile goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
